Dear delegates, It is a honor for me  to welcome you to the 4th edition of the  Nuevo Continente model United Nations. I'm grateful with you for choosing this committee. It's a reflexion of your interest and worry about the actual problems in the world. I hope you enjoy this model as much I enjoy preparing it and learn of this experience as much as you can. We are really fortunate  of being part of this, so we need to take advantage of your experiences throughout this three days of debate.
