Good evening delegates and welcome to the representation of Human Rights committee in the

fourth year of Nuevo Continente’s Model United Nations, NCMUN 2017. I am very grateful that you  joined this committee, because it shows that you care and would like to take a stand for all of those people whose rights are being violated around the world. So please make the best of this experience and opportunity by expressing your posture and possible solutions to help build a safer and better world.

Throughout the sessions of the Human Rights committee and after them, I hope you learn the

importance of values and always respect others and our human rights; they play a big role in

our lives, so that we can live free and in peace.

Do not forget to stand up for what you believe in. Have fun meeting and making new friends.

Thank you for being part of this years’ NCMUN 2017 because we did our best to make sure you
